저도 2021에 7~8kg이 쪄서ㅠㅜ 학교급식이 너무 맛있었거든요.. 지금은 방학이라 각잡고! 다이어트 할려구요 전 운동을 하면 질리는 스타일이라 오히려 굶을때 배고픈 그런 느낌이 되게 좋더라구요..! 음 이렇게 보니 이상한 사람같긴한데ㅋㅋㅋ 항상 다이어트식 음식은 예쁜분위기에 먹는거죠! 몇개월지난 영상이지만 댓 한번 달아봅니다 ㅎㅎ

Complete update: ✅ Day 1: 57.65kg ~ 127lbs - p/s: I didn’t exercise while I’m on this diet. ✅ Day 2: 57.10kg ~ 125.9lbs - I usually can loose 0.5kg ~ 1.1lbs in a day so this is a great start ✅ Day 3: 56.5kg ~ 124.6 lbs - wow I lost a little more than the first day!! I went through a whole day without feeling hungry. I had my last meal before 8pm and went to bed early so I wouldn’t crave for food. ✅ Day 4: 56.25kg ~ 124lb - i had to stay up late and ate some rice crackers 🤦♀️ ✅ Day 5: 55.8kg ~ 123lbs - the result is not quite close to my goal but at least i loose some weight yayy! Cons: I added 50 cals the day after the diet I gained back 0.10kg, very subtle but the weight will keep going up. So to maintain this you have to slowly add more calories in your diet and you must workout. I only recommend this for someone wants to quickly loose some weight for a special day and don’t mind gaining them back. ‼️I would literally loose 0.5 - 0.65 kg ~ 1.1- 1.4lbs everyday if I CONSISTENTLY workout for 2 hours (metabolic exercises and weight lifting) incorporate with reverse diet. By this way you will get a better shape and increase your metabolism. 📌Before: weight: 57.65kg ~ 127lbs, waist: 30.5in, hip: 33in 📌After: weight: 55.8 ~ 123lbs, waist: 28 1/2in, hip: 31 1/2in

@@G_made i’ve been doing HITT workouts every day incorporating with weight training and eating way more volume than this diet but with low calorie food, for example: replace rice with cauliflower, and take 1g of protein per kg of body weight per day to build muscle. My weight doesn’t change much but definitely see my abs now and my face got a little slimmer

@@G_made you got this!! to be honest when you get into weight training the scale doesn’t matter anymore, your body measurement is more accurate and plus you can eat a lot more without gaining weight because the more muscle you get the higher your metabolism will be. Highly recommend!

so, I did this for 5 days, and I think the results were worth it, I lost around 2,5kg. I changed it a _little bit_ bc I don't usually eat breakfast and didn't want to change that, also I tried exercising a little every day *I weighed in the morning *My height is 168cm *day 1 [64.15kgs]:* it went really well! I ate the meals just like in the video (except breakfast), and drank a sugar-free americano in the morning. Half-hour exercise. *day 2 [63.65kgs]:* I felt a little bit of a headache at night, but I've been studying a lot recently so I can't tell if it's the diet. Anyway, at dinner, I ate some blueberries instead of the apple half bc we didn't have apples and didn't eat breakfast too, just had my americano. Half-hour exercise again. *day 3 [62.60kg]:* started the day with my americano and at lunch replaced the banana with an apple. The other meal I ate like in the video. Also, I'm not as hungry as I was on the first/second day. Did my exercise for today! *day 4 [62.45kg]:* omg today was tough. An aunt gave me some of a dessert she made and I almost gave up, but I didn't! I ate two meals as usual and again I had to replace the fruits, I hate melons so I just ate one banana instead. Exercised and all so it's all done. Let's keep going! *day 5 [61.6kg]:* for breakfast I had my usual coffee, and for lunch I had what she had for breakfast. For dinner I ate the banana but replaced the milk with an energy drink cuz I ran outta milk lol, but it was only 11 calories, and I didn't finish it. And obviously exercised.

i started this diet 2 days ago, and i can already see a huge difference. my stomach has become more lean, my arms are a bit thinner, and i don’t bloat after eating (i always used to bloat even when i ate the smallest thing)!! i’m going to keep going, and i’ll update everyone when i’m done. honestly, it’s quite easy to follow. good luck to everyone else doing this :)

It's not about losing weight but losing fat, losing weight doesn't mean you lose your fat, but it could be you lose your muscle mass and body fluids, you need to balance your protein intake, fiber, fat, carbs and sugar, basically you can eat anything but in a moderate way, learn abt macros in every food we eat, that way we can lose fat in a healthy way

height: 160 weight: 53.5 day 1: ✅ I don't feel any hunger🤔 I'm pretty full and have enough energy (I was at school, did a cardio workout, studied and went for a walk) day 2: ✅ weight: 53.1 day 3: ✅ weight: 52.6 day 4: ✅ weight: 52.0 day 5: ✅ weight: 51.4 done~ I've lost 2.1 kg during these five days. I don't think this is a bad result because weight went down anyways. I've reduced bloating and I appreciate that fact a lot~ also I didn't feel the hunger (dunno maybe my metabolism just d💀ed or what). I did cardio, yoga and took at least 10k steps each day. anyways this diet is pretty strict and unhealthy so I cannot recommend it to you. be careful and don't forget about self-love

so I did it for about 5 days and lost 4 lbs around 2kg. the first few days i wasn't extremally strict so it did take a bit longer for me to start loosing weight but overall I really liked this diet/ especially eating the oatmeal with bananas. I did make some moderations specifically towards the egg since I am vegetarian. i don't eat egg I will try this diet again for 7 days so ill update (Update) Overall i really liked this diet it is short term and if you don't stick to it you will gain the weight back it really helped as like a diet restart before i stuck to a good diet plan

You eating too less! A diet wont Keep the weight off forever you need to change your eating habits im general to maintain it in Long term. A 900 Kalorien diet will destroy your metabolism and then makes it even more difficullt to keep your body in shape . I recommend you to eat 1.700 kalories a Day high in protein and healthy fats and Workout 3 Times a week by doing less Cardio and more Lifting heavy weights at the gym

If anyone is finding this type of diet to be difficult, i recommend intermittent fasting, where you fast for certain amount of hours but no calorie restriction. Its very long lasting and its easy to incorporate to diet. It has helped me with my stomach problems too. I highly recommend it

Hi!! I used to have the same problem. I would eat so little and then binge. I’ve learned that this is because I restricted myself so much! Now, I eat whatever I want when I want it and now that I know I can have it, my cravings are gone! Hope this help :)

I'm currently following this diet, except that I replaced the eggs in some meals with other healthy source of protein and I have one (less than 100 kcal) snack. I'm also doing intermittent fasting 14/10 and drinking a lot of lemon water/ herbal tea while I'm fasting. I also love to exercise so I will keep it as part of this diet. Day 1: 65.5 kg (I went to the gym for an hour then did my daily cardio in the evening for 40 minutes) Day 2: 64.5 kg (I went to the gym+ evening cardio) Day 3: 64.2 kg

I would not recommend you to follow this diet. she eats a maximum of 900 kcal per day. If you want to lose weight somehow and do not exercise, eat 1200-1500 kcal per day. if you exercise, you should eat 1500-2000 kcal.

hi, you're at a healthy weight for your height! I'm really sorry to hear your classmates are awful. I don't understand why they would do such a thing. you deserve to be surrounded by kinder people! if you have only started feeling insecure after their comments, I suggest communicating with them about how their words make you feel so that they may understand how hurtful they are being. if they don't stop, then do not listen to them because they shouldn't shame other people's bodies! also please know that 500 calories a day is not enough to support your body!! for your height and weight, you need at least 1500 calories a day for healthy body function. it's important you understand that not eating enough will only harm your health! i know you want to lose weight fast, but that can result in dangerous eating or exercise habits so doing it gradually is the healthiest option! to answer your question, sleep is essential for your health. please sleep more!!! 1-2 hours of sleep every night is very dangerous! if you want to lose weight, specifically excess fat, consistently sleeping for at least 7-8 hours will help. always happy to help if you need

I can say that yes sleeping affects your metabolism rate and it can make you lose weight really really slow, the same thing happened to me and when I slept well for like 8 hours I started feeling better, so PLEASE make sure you sleep well so you can stay healthy... also I am 161 and your weight is my goal... you are healthy and you don't need to lose more, but if you want to I recommend trying to lose weight slowly so you can maintain it 1kg a week is a great start also make sure you exercise and stretch so you decrease the bloating because this what may make you seem fat to them... either way you are beautiful the way you are ... and if you want to lose weight of adapt to a healthy lifestyle just do it for yourself ... set realistic goals and always listen to your body don't ever hate yourself because you are the only person that can help yourself and love it right

puedes hervir los huevos y colocar uno a uno en un recipiente de vidrio con tapa y agua, agitas el recipiente y el huevo se partirá muy bien (por favor no lo hagas si tienes la muñeca lastimada o te duele 🙏🏻)

How is this diet a long term strategy? FYI most of the weight will be water and some muscle loss. And you'll 99% most likely put it back on once you return to your normal eating habits. Start counting macros and resistance training - much more sustainable.

for the eggs that don't crack properly I suggest you to break the superficial crusty thing a liitle bit and put it in cold water just after they boiled. They will be cleaning up very easily

I would not recommend you to follow this diet. she eats a maximum of 900 kcal per day. If you want to lose weight somehow and do not exercise, eat 1200-1500 kcal per day. if you exercise, you should eat 1500-2000 kcal

@@annaburiankova8178 last year i can say i only have 500 to 600 calories a day, i know its kind of unhealthy but the boiled eggs diet seems easy for me on that time till i able to lose 8 kg, glad that i did not gain weight much after take more carbs, from 58 to 50 kg, i would like to use that diet againmsince my target now is 47kg but somehow it seems harder for me now, only 600 calories really makes me hungry, dunno why i cant do this again

A small tip: if you put the boiled eggs in a bowl of ice water for 5-10 mins after boiling, you will easily peel the eggs 😀👍

I reached my goal weight!!! And I am SO happy!! I really recommend this diet but after you are done with it you should SLOWLY go back to ur normal eating habits if not you will gain everything back! Have fun💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Очень не безопасная диета. К тому же потом все кг, которые вы сбросили потом вернутся за неделю. Девочки, питайтесь хорошо, что бы не голодать. Любите себя ❤️

@@user-ju1fg4fm7y при таком питании не в коем случаи нельзя тренироваться!! Тренировки и любая физ нагрузка забирает очень много энергии, которую мы должны брать через еду, если вы будете "ничего" не есть, то только убьете свой организм. Лучше кушать хорошую, цельнозерновую еду и много тренироваться. Если вы по какой-либо причине не можете заниматься физ нагрузками, стоит попробовать интервальное голодание и НЕБОЛЬШОЙ ДЕФИЦИТ КАЛОРИЙ

아직 성장기시니까 너무 무리한 다이어트는 건강에 무리를 줄 수 있어요🥲 제가 중고등학생때 다이어트를 심하게했다가 키도 전혀 안크고 면역력도 약해져서 지금은 그 부분이 후회가 되거든요😭 그래도 살을 빼고싶은 그 마음은 너무나도 공감합니당.. 세끼 전부 저렇게 드시는 것보다 한끼는 꼭 일반 건강식(단백질포함)으로 드시고 나머지 2끼를 가볍게 드셔보는 건 어떨까요? 🥰 일반식을 점심에 드시고 저녁은 가볍게!! 저녁6-7시쯤 모든 식사를 종료하시면 훨씬 몸이 가벼워지실 것 같아요!!☺️💓

I've been eating 800 to 1000 calories a day for four days and I've lost 1,5 kg. I'm trying to lose as much as I can because I have a stunning dress for Carnival and I want my crush to notice me. Wish me luck and discipline 😊 Update: It was yesterday. Everybody said I looked gorgeous 🙈 And my crush stopped to look at me and told me I looked so pretty. The dress actually was stunning, and I finally lost 2,7 kg, so I looked slim in it.

This is not a sustainable diet, I know it seems easy and effortless. (She's eating at least 600-900 calories a day) This is called a quick fix diet, meaning sure you've lost some weight but you'll just earn it all back easily after your done with the diet. If you'd like to lose weight easily and sustainably I'd try a carb diet which is basically where some days you'd eat no carbs Monday to Friday and on the weekends you eat cards (With at least 45 minutes per week, breaking that down to 15 minutes of workout for 3 days, which these workouts would be HIIT) Or you could find other workouts and consist of eating 1500-2000 calories a day. IF these still do not tickle your fancy (Lol) you could try and only eat 1200-1500 kcal per day with no exercise. Now you can still eat really low calories but change up what she's eating to intake more food items, such as cucumbers which is just mostly water and barely any calories.
