What helped me personally was an high quality Led Mask I purchased off eBay (Not the cheap ones but the one that actually penetrate under the skin). Within 4 months I have seen the most drastic changes in my skin, 80% of my pigmentation is gone. What Vitamin C and Retin A did not do for years the mask did. However Vit C did help me but it wasn't powerful for my situation (Didn't wear sun screen until late 20's).
