Thanks for this detailed video. I was experiencing a severe hairfall over the last twelve months. Earlier, I used to have voluminous and lengthy hair. But, later, my hair experienced 50% less volume. I went through a severe stress throughout 2 to 3 months. Eventually, an unhealthy eating routine had also come across. So, I upgraded my diet and began consuming more of green veggies and nutritious nuts. I began practicing yoga and yoga and meditation daily to lessen my anxiety. I Fixed my dry Hair issues with these methods; I rinsed my hair with 1 cup 4-6oz water and 1 TBSP of vinegar messaged my hair for abt 2 mins, rinsed it, and poured brewed cool coffee on it and left in my hair abt 15 mins, wrapped with shower cap, rinse out, shampoo & WOW! Did this 3x p/week, the vinegar cleans the scalp of build up and clears the follicles to grow ur hair. Also, once p/week I conditioned my hair with Rice water & 7 drops of Rosemary oil mix it pour on ur hair, I leave in for 45m to 1 hour, rinse and shampoo, it's like Magic! I'm attaching the rice water method here. Take 1/4 cup of rice, rinse wash well, put in a jar with purified water and let sit in a dark place for 72 hours, pour water out, add Rosemary, wet ur hair over the sink, pour rice water in your hair, have a bowl catch this water and use to pour on hair 3x to saturate the hair fully. after 45m to 1 hour rinse and shampoo. Use rosemary for hair too. You can take a jar then put some rosemary leaves in it then add olive oil or coconut oil, leave it in a dark place for at least 3 days then start massaging your scalp with it. Or if you don’t like to use the oil , bring some water to boil then add rosemary leaves to it, let it sit for a long time until the color of the water turns dark, let it cool down then put it in a spray bottle and spray your scalp morning and evening, rosemary has a beautiful smell.

O My God! Dr Vivek, thank you!!! I am an African lady who has had balding hair line since i was little. My african mother used to do very tight hair braids for me as a child, so tight that i'd cry. When i started having boils there, my father took a pair of scissors and cut off all the braids. My mother no longer bothered to plait my hair after that but the damage was already done.
