I just bought a short bus. It’s exciting and intimidating at the same time I’ve dreamed of this for 5 years. I’m 59 years old and have no building skills. I stated buying tools and I managed to build a bed so far lol. I love your roof pvc shower idea! And your bathroom! Nice job guys!!!

Really cozy bus, certainly enjoyed that bathroom and how they heat the water for their shower. So many ideas gleamed from this build they put a lot of their personalities in this build. Thank them for allowing us into their home and thank you Isaac for doing this vid.

I love that this young couple upcycled and repurposed items (better for our planet as well as it gives their home a much more personalized atmosphere)....these "budget builds" are MUCH more appealing and inspiring to me than the Sprinters and such. Thanks very much for sharing.

The owner of your last apartment called me. He says he doesn't know what happened to all of the kitchen cabinet doors! He says random doors also seem to have been taken along with the hinges! He says he can't find any screws, nuts. bolts... Just gone!😂

Wow!! Your Kitchen is bigger than most apartments I've seen in NY. I love the fact of your dining positioned immediately to the left of entrance. The closet space and bathroom are amazing too. As an older person, I'd need to squeeze in a small custom designed sofa if not on Ikea to place next to the bed which for me would only be a twin size or perhaps a little wider but not full. I'm petite and wouldn't need that much space to sleep as long as its comfty . I don't mind sacrificing counter space for a nice relaxing small sofa that I can place essentially in front of the closet which would be next to the bed. I'd like to compensate by adding pull out counter space that create an L shape in kitchen area used for prepping and etc. Your refrig is the perfect size and placed exactly where I'd place it too!! Love your book storage in bedroom. A lot of wonderful ideas in your build. You did an amazing job with your home. Its lovely and its obvious you two are so happy and at peace living in it.

the shower piping on the top is genius which just gave me a thought of somehow building a way to have a gutter that collects rainwater and then do the same and gravity filter it into a shower

Oh my gosh I'm so glad I found your UKposts video on your shuttle bus conversion! I originally bought two school buses and was overwhelmed. Didn't know what to do pretty much demoed both of them but to do no further. I sold one and then recently just sold the other. I've decided I want a shuttle bus. But what you said at the end at 20 minutes and 50 seconds of your video literally spoke to me! I'm looking for a shuttle bus now! So badly! So if you see one let me know!

So lucky to find you! Your outlook and style is much like my own, want comforts, but don't necessarily need hi-tech. Been wondering why people don't do more water tanks on roof. Maybe too heavy It? It was an idea I had to circumvent pumps and heaters for showering using sun and gravity. Liked that you touched on that. The ceilng material, the berky?, the camp chef, the green cabinets. So much of what I want that makes the van a home seemed to come together in your build for me. Thanks and good luck to you.
