I'm 5 minutes in and you're talking about not focusing on the dark. The trick is ALWAYS to be aware of tbe bad stuff but DON'T put your attention on to it as that gives it power. Burying your head in the sand is not the answer. Be aware of it only but focus on where you want to go. It's a bit like when you learn to drive. Look where you want to go, be aware of the lamp post but don't look at it directly because you'll hit it. Look where you want to go. ALWAYS PUT YOUR ATTENTION ON WHAT YOU WANT, not on your fears, cos sure as anything, that is what you'll manifest. As that is what this is ultimately about. What do you choose to manifest ? Put your attention on it.

Hello Richard, I accidentally came across you and the lovely Julia on your videos of your boat trip. I have just watched this video, and you have spoken the most sense that I have heard for a long time!! I am a retired Chief Marine Engineer, and as such, I always consult the instruction manual to find out how to operate a piece of equipment to get the best out of it. I believe that there is a God who made us, and He gave us an owners manual so that we could operate in a manner that would give us a good and meaningful life. It's called the Bible. Like you, I have never bought newspapers, I don't have a TV anymore, and since my radio went up in smoke, I haven't bothered replacing it!! I wish people would use realm rather than dimension. A dimension is "up/down", "left/right", a realm is "heaven", "hell".

Very well said, Richard. I envy your range as I always wanted one. I loved when I was growing up and there were power cuts (as well as when the miners were on strike). I felt relaxed as soon as the power went off and that weird background hum that we don't normally notice stopped. We had an open fire at that time which also had all the trivets and the ovens at the side so we could cook, had hot water, heat and light from both the fire and candles. Those times were some of the best!

There are two polar opposites in life Love and Fear, our duty to ourselves is too rid the fear and form the love for our spirit to breath freely.

I feel it, experience it every day as I drive my car. The roads and lanes that used to be so peaceful and polite are now full of angry aggressively driven cars. People are just full of rage. It’s easy to become one of them because they’re so appalling it winds you up. Are they angry all the time? This is the anthesis of calm and content. Angry v calm. Negative v positive. Dark v Light. We all need to make the choice to find peace and calm., ignore the idiots. Don’t let them drag you into their miserable pit of rage. We are all Spirit. We need to choose wisely for our psyche and our health.

This is one of your best chats yet. I 💯 agree. I was out hiking today taking in all the ways nature has balance. The one thing that always humbles me is that without humans nature will do just fine, yet without nature humans cannot survive. My Spirit Guides asked me at the start of the year to work with them on what they called "weekday wisdom" channeled messages to assist the collective & share. I learned so much. Interestingly the last 'installment' was centred around the word "contemplation" to be mindful and focus on what truly matters in life, not all the 'noise' of the material world. Firstly we have to come to the realisation we are a spiritual being having a human experience. Here to learn lessons and evolve to higher demensions or timelines. You already know who you are by sounds of things and developing your own gifts we are all born with yet they are shut down through control and indoctrination. I'm a quantum healer and psychic Surgeon clairsentient and all the other claire's! This is what the awakening is. gifts we all have and are starting to use and discover. We will be seeing through the dark energies and clearing them through the power of intention. We have to reconnect to the land become one collective share grow and becoming less carbon based and more crystalline. It's a tough journey but is rewarding seeing others find themselves and their purpose. We volunteered to be here at this time and that but is hard to swallow for many of us, but rewarding when these lesson have been completed.

Oh, Mr. Richard, there is so much truth in what you say. In my opinion, this world is a paradise but we create the reality ourselves. Each of us has the world he want to have (someone will say but I don't want what is happening in my life) our choices, our actions, our thoughts create our worlds because each of us has our own world. The universe/source or whatever you want, gives us what we ask for, but in the form of possibility. If we turn away from these possibilities and still want this something, the world will keep giving us these possibilities and believe me, it can hurt us badly (so let's be careful what we ask for, because achieving it may be unimaginably difficult. If we are too lazy or too fearful, let's be careful what we ask for). It is also the case that if we want something at the expense of others, it will not lead us to anything good. Maybe someone will say that we do not choose the family we are born into. Are you sure, are you 100% sure about this? Or maybe we chose this challenge and everyone has their own challenge? The thing about smoking is that it actually poisons us, but it's not the tobacco's fault. All this stuff added to tobacco and even more to cigarettes is poisoning us. Maybe there is still pure tobacco somewhere, as we now call it organic-eco tobacco. I wish everyone much goodness in life 💕💕💕

Hi Richard I call it the Law of Nature and this is what I will continue to live by.Keeping my spirit high and strong. I have seen this exact impact on my own 83 year old mother,who had been a very bright spirit and always very wise and philosophical,looking at thing positively.But now she is so down and worries constantly,especially for our young people.
