I love Jess and tbh probably how I found your channel. Jess has taught me much on growing food. I live in Nebraska and growing things native in tropical areas.

One year our neighbor took our scrap sheet rock and filled a ditch with it. Two years later there where about 20 morels on the sheet rock. Under cedar and fir trees. Delicious!

We find morels in our pine woods. Every Memorial Day we are able to get a 5gal bucket full and feast.

I am from Iowa and have frequently found morels under pine trees. It is so nice to see you teaching your kids how to find them. My dad always called me his mushroom hound because I smell them. One of my favorite memories with my dad was mushroom hunting every year!

Bri’s place just doesn’t look like home 🤷‍♀️ Every morning when I do my chickens and ♥️♥️ goats , I think of Bri- I went to her videos when I started the goat thing 😊 and I somehow think she needs chickens and goats and cows. There’s so much solitude there even the videos give that calming affect - y’all should move back HOME. After my house fire, 2 months at an apartment in town, soon as my oldest son could fend for himself, I bought a camper and came back to my homestead- much easier to tend the animals being here, than travelling back n forth, and I need to walk my gardens with my coffee in the mornings ♥️and I can sit and watch the stars while I listen to the frogs in the night 😊😊 makes me think HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS

We tried looking for morels here in northern PA but i think it's too soon for us. I think it's amazing where you found them because every other video i have watched where people normally find them, it's super green. The leaves in our woods are so thick, that it really makes it hard to find them. Those daylilies are delicious. We have been picking and eating them. ❤❤❤
