Marshmallow at home - it's easy! No invert syrup, only available ingredients. This is a very easy pastille recipe (soufflé). Airy structure, delicate taste of real marshmallow, what could be more delicious? Try to cook, I think, to taste.

Ingredients:
gelatin - 10 g,
water - 60 ml. + 60 ml.,
sugar - 220 g,
vanilla sugar - 5 g.,
salt - pinch,
corn starch - 20 g,
icing sugar - 20 g.

Whip gelatin and syrup 8-10 minutes. Cool in the refrigerator for 8 hours, roll in starch with powdered sugar.
