For anyone wondering why I didn’t do 2 slots, it’s cause it’s way too RNG heavy and not fun

just now starting to realise that these lawnmowers have a slight production malfunction because they shred people instead of plants

8:16 Why not stick to Starfruit? They excel at taking out Pogo zombies once you get a couple of them in the lane. And you still get a slot left for Squash or Doom-shroom since Starfruit can just defend the pool without lily pads.

Amazing vid! Just decided to get back on this the other day.. and tried my luck actually at a 3 seed slot / no death run (not a speedrun or anything) and I actually beat it! Which felt very fulfilling. Interestingly enough, you tried some other strategies that would’ve been more efficient, which I guess I didn’t think to use. As I wasn’t going for a speedrun or anything, I kinda relied on snow peas/repeaters for a bit. And threepeaters a bit in pool. Also, the cactus strat saved me quite alot but had close calls in 4-4 and 4-8, and 4-9 was really stressful with these parameters. But luckily, as rng would have it, I didn’t die through the entire run! 3 seed slots is no joke.. can’t imagine 2 :/

Play the sunflowers in front of your attackers, sunflowers are more replaceable and because of this you should put them closer to the zombies so that if something dies you only lose 25-50 suns worth rather than 100+ suns worth as well as a defensive piece

You can do the night levels with JUST the puff-shroom (From my experience, including pool, although pool is more RNG based)

it would be fun watching you speedrun hotline miami (also if you want to challenge yourself do fists only)

A tactic I would've used for the fog section of the game is to just fill the pool with Tangle Kelp early on in the game so that cooldown isn't a problem later on in the level and saves money with having to put down lily pads and cacti down

I have a suggestion and this might be impossible without hacks but, try this challenge plus... you can't use sunflowers or sun-shrooms. Just a suggestion and i don't expect you to do it haha! I think pvz has a great fandom For an example,the pvz fandom would congratulate you for beating Zomboss first try 11 years later,that's a great fandom

i still remember this one person i am still infuriated by, his general strategy for playing plants vs zombies was, wait for it * drum roll * *placing the sunflowers in front of his peashooters*

Yes those mini games every 5 and 10 levels are olso supposed to be played by the rules, with only 3 slots, i mean that the only reason this challenge is difficult.

Haha now speedrun or beat it without any damaging plants Chomper, potato mine, cherry bomb, jalapeño, tangle kelp, doom shroom, etc would be allowed, since *technically* they don't deal damage, they just one shot everything Sunflowers would be crucial so you can actually afford these things Wall-nuts, lily pads, magnet-shrooms and flower pots etc allowed You can use peashooters for the first couple of levels if you use a minimal amount of them Use/do whatever you want for the conveyor belt levels (including the final boss) If you really can't beat it then you're allowed to use weaker plants to help Even if Eazy doesn't see this everyone else is free to try this lol

You should do this with only the plants Dave gives you when you replay the game.
