Dynamic Striking was started by a pair of black belts (Bernardo Faria & Michael Zenga) who feel that nothing is more important than improving your striking skills as much as possible in the least amount of time. @@DynamicStriking hi, I'm already training. Got good defence and timing but just want to know how soon is one able to eat punches like seasoned fighters - not getting stunned? I just wanna know I can handle a firefight brawl if I need to and can't really say I'm a fighter till then. Like how many rounds of sparring or fighting?

@@seetsamolapo5600 Spar once a week with your team and after 6 months you will be able to not flinch or close your eyes.

@@RyanJamesOfficial thanks a lot. I'll try to do it daily like Tyson in his heyday. Maybe I can reduce the time. I really wanna have, at least, a reasonable ability to take punishment. From there the rest will be easy, skills and offence etc I used to do taekwondo too and was at a reasonable proficiency with that art except you don't get really tested in that art

@@seetsamolapo5600 as a fighter, even just training, you shouldn't want to take any punishment, which is why Trevor makes videos like these. Take as little damage as possible while simultaneously giving the most damage.

I’m a Khabib fan but i Love Trevor Wittman what a trainer i can’t deny that he is definitely the best top 3 striking coaches in MMA look at fighters such as Thug Rose,Gaethje,Dober,Sandhagen and now Usman who has evolved under him..❤️ from Malaysia

Thank you homie I tried it at school and beat 16 of my classmates with only 1 jab and my friend though who knows tai chi managed to beat me up so I guys stop learning boxing tai chi is better and I learned tai chi few days ago and I beat 28 of my classmates without moving only dodging you should of seen the other guy
