As a father of 3 little children, Elons last statement about how you relive joys through your children as they experience the world for the first time really hit home. I never really thought about it but it's so true. As a 39 year old, Disneyland is far from interesting but going with my 4 and 2 year old daughters was so incredibly fun. Their joy is your joy. It's beautiful.

It is so comforting to know that there are rational free-thinking people in this world like Lex and Elon. A lot of people hate on Elon, but if they simply took the time to get to know the man by listening to interviews like this, they would come away with a very different impression of him. What they also don’t consider is that with all of his money and intelligence he could do a lot damage in this world. Thankfully, he has a mother who loved him. Not sure where his love for humanity comes from, but it seems like he was born with it.

My trip to China year's ago was the highlight of my life. It changed my idea about the people how they live, it's not sad, people are friendly and curious. Never forget this one month trip.

I found this episode to be one of the most profound to listen to. It's kind of crazy how such important topics can be so bluntly talked through out loud and reasoned. The idea how world peace is actually not a perfect outcome, and how the raising of a son while developing AI lets us compare how biological and digital neural networks develop in parallel. Just so interesting all this stuff is.

ELON MUSK is way smarter than any human being in HISTORY of Earth ... i am impressed by the scope of all the topics he can firmly talk about with a huge spectrum of diverse domains. History, Biology, Engineering, Neuroscience, Geopolitics, Philosophy... and also he uses that to really produce a unique and convergent thinking . this is not only an AGREGATE of knowledge, but a real systemic solution thinking.

Wanna say I’m not crazy smart but I have a basic knowledge of history of physics thermodynamics Basic trigonometry, computer, knowledge and or programming also mechanical and engineering and working on vehicles. I really do honestly think that a lot of us need to know how this will help each other together. I think it’s very important. The standard for learning needs to be elevated I have learned more from out of school than I have when I was in school and that is pretty sad

There should be a HUGE difference in the 21st century between terrorism and "war." Terrorism (attacks on civilians, murder of women and children) should NOT be tolerated in a civilized world. But if one country attacks another - declaring war after relations break down - there will be a military response unless the attacked country rolls over and gives up. Absent written treaties, other countries don't need to get involved. But if your country has to defend itself, and has the ability to defend itself, that response should be swift, savage and pervasive..

This is the best Elon Interview I've seen. It really puts both Elon and Lex in a really respectable light. Elon's knowledge of Chinese history, European (ww2) history and suchlike was surprising but really interesting too.

That's the trick. How do you train your AI to know each user/customer well enough to suggest new content? Hashtags, categories, or a 'similar content' panel (like how movie websites show similar movies other viewers watched). I guess basically you need to create a community around each tweet and invite people to join that community group.

I don't think I've ever commented on a Lex video and am not an Elon stan by any means, but this was excellent. Interestingly I've hesitated to share my opinions on places like X, because it's too polarizing. We need long form chats. There are some nuanced voices on X, but they are far and few between. It's just interesting that someone who has such nuanced compassionate thoughts runs a platform that serves up a lot of polarizing outrage.

I have a question (AI Robot's) (AI Code) Shouldn't this be ran independently for Safety & Security reasons; EG... If a tesla robot drives a Tesla Vehicle and they are hacked wouldn't it be safer if they are independent of each other? Same goes with Weapons and Drones?

Isnt a lot of A.I built upon representative labels/intelligence meaning that it can never equate to our own intelligence when designed that way? Perhaps emotions/thoughts are representatives of something that exists in our representative intelligence computer (our brain) which also processes things through labeling
