It's possible, but not certain. He had revealed that the reason he had bleach blonde hair and it became his signature look was because he was on drugs and bleached it. Since he has bleached hair here, it's possible he was on drugs during this time because he became depended on them.

not true. I met him in his younger days and I asked him if I could do a trick for him on my board, and he got excited lol. He said that he used to skateboard as a kid but he wasn't very good so he stopped when he was 16.
