If the SD card is not used, this board can still be used to add more sensors. This is one of the best videos I have seen which describes how to connect and program an ESP32-cam.

@@hydraarjjun1399 Yes it was solved and has two possible solutions.When I select the wrover module from board it gets resolved.Secondly I checked programming arduino board from ftdi and it worked fine which shows ftdi was fine.You can program esp32/cam using arduino uno and you can find many tutorials on how to do that from youtube videos.Tell me if any of my solution resolved your problem or not?

I was facing so much trouble with uploading the code and no video helped me out. They kept saying that this was the solution and that was the solution... but the problem was the timing of pressing the reset button. 8:00 Thanks man!

Thank you sir, but I got 0x105 error init. At first, I can acomplish until serial monitor gives me the IP address, but when I first access it, there just a blank black square. I reset it and then the serial monitor says "camera failed to capture" again and again. I unplug the whole thing, and then I try it again, now the serial monitor says "error 0x105 init" something like that

Appreciate the clear instructions. I however am unable to flash to the ESP32. All the wiring including the GPI 0 to ground was checked a number of times and i still get the message "A fatal error. Timed out for Packet header". also I note that the LED's Tx and Rx on the USB/UART connector do not flash at all. could something be wrong with the camera module GPI 0 pin. Appreaciate your help

Nice instructions, however it did not work for me after trying 100+ times. Plus now the original code is gone and esp32 does not come up as a WIFI on search, so the device is now useless with nowhere to go. Is there a solution where the device becomes just like new, i.e it can create its own wifi and atleast can work as a cam? please help

havent you got the nts\Arduino\libraries\WiFi exit status 1 fd_forward.h: No such file or directory This report would have more information with "Show verbose output during compilation" option enabled in File -> Preferences.
