I'm considering getting either this or the Ender 3 v3 KE. Which would people choose?

The Flying Bear is not bad at all. Nice closed enclosure, dual drive extruder, core xy at a great price. Both are good printers. The ender 3 would have more community support., custom firmware, hardware mods etc.

How fast does it print relative to an Ender 3 or Ender 5 or Ender 6?

It has a print speed of 150mm/s at Max, so its quite fast.

The ender 3 is more of a tinkerers printer, I have changed the controller, added auto bed leveling etc and it's very customizable. It does take some work to put together and if you like that then ender 3 will be fun. The flying bear ghost 6 is easier to put together, almost ready to print out of the box and has a higher print speed.
