Trust me this takes strength...these women do a great job here! Just unfair people are deciding who is best based on this edited reel! Dont knock the ones that did not appear to do as well because this showreel is not the whole comp so we did not get to see ALL the skills!! These women have to train like hell to get and maaintain these skills... I know I have done it! Yeh...seeing as most of western population is overweight and struggle to get out of an armchair..including kids...we should respect these awesome women and their lovely strong bods!!

Rinat Ibragimov Actually I do calisthenics, how does that even matter tho... My point was, the bigger guys with more muscle mass and strength are capable of doing some pretty demanding moves that lean, lightweight women wouldn't have the strength for.

I think this is the direction I'm heading in now. I'm still youbf enough to go for it. Even you don't achieve this level, there is just so much to gain from it. Balance, strength, coordination, overall supreme muscle development and endurance beyond any other fitness level that you may achieve in other workouts

All these girls were amazing, but I think the reason the red head stood out so much was that her skills were also NEAT. She kept her feet together and her knees straight, giving her a much nicer line. The others could learn from her.

+Georg Hamann I second your thoughts , skinny models are just that, only for camera lenses, not the bare eye. That red head is athletic in terms of hourglass figure & smooth skin...solid, not fluffy. Not at your average gym or average park. I'm not talking about the best barstarzz guys on you tube. These girls would crush your average group of fairly athletic guys. They've certainly got the straddle flexibility way better, too.

+Solomon Feinberg Yeah women tend to have better flexibility in the hips, legs and lower back. This is also why women are predisposed to sprains in those joints. From the navel up men are just as flexible or even more flexible than women and male gymnasts are known to have better shoulder flexibility than women.
