The creators of Fights in Tight Spaces made a spiritual successor, in a fantasy setting where you control up to 3 party members with swords, fists, bows, and spells. Any hero can play a card (as long as it doesn't require a different weapon or magic attunement), and heroes can get extra attacks if they're all in range of the same target.
And yes, front kick is still really good.
