I came to this conclusion: play as brawler ALWAYS and, as Skill also said, you have 800dmg every 10ish seconds. It's like an ISU152 on roids, I guess

You have 2 mechanics: a) Bonus dispersion (gun cooling) b) Bonus damage in close combat What you will give to a heavy tank and what to a tank destroyer without armor and even without a turret... Good job WG, good job. This will for sure, encourage peope to fullfill their roles in combat...

There are two things about this tank that will make playing against them nightmare: - Against lower tier this things is literally God of War with ability to send anyone and anything to garage within 10-20 seconds - Platoon of 3 NC 70 will turn any close quarters into slaughter house... Other than that? Well I think it will be to unreliable for many players.

Played some Games on Testserver and really loved it. Great Mobility with experimental Turbo and massive DPM makes it for me the new Meta-TD for Close-Combat. Cant wait to play it on Live-Servers!

I was trying this TD, and I honestly don't like it. It cannot be used on the front line because you are easily destroyed; the arc of the weapon is too narrow. On the other hand, it makes no sense for him to have such fast projectiles when he is useless as a sniper. It could work if the minimum alpha at more than 50m was at most 550, but as it is, the entire line is a clear candidate to be ignored by me.

Not only will this tank be a challenge for experienced players, it will be a liability for the team when the trash players will play it because they will snipe and contribute hardly anything to the team or they will be aggressive and die instantly.

It looks like a comp tank. A coordinate rush from a couple of tanks with 800 alpha and decent reload times might be a good breakthrough formula, but for randoms? I doubt it might be good. Still, the gameplay can attract people for its fun factor aka fast JagE100.

And you know what's the best part about it? Average pigeons will see the triangle icon, and redline camp with it from more than 500 meters. People will spam you for 250 dmg with it in tier X

I think this is far more interesting mechanic than the suspension/cooldown shit japanese heavies got and way more competitive than concept 5. Alpha dropping so low is a bit extreme but I still would not call it a bad tank yet.

I understand this design, it is called doombtrading, catered to 15-1 or 1-15 battles. 5k dpm balls deep or back to garage in notime, it is actually a smart mechanics to make the game even faster.

What i've been saying since the test server came out, its a tank that is forced to fight close range but it just doesnt have armour to support playing close range, penetration is also quite weak for tier 10 "brawling" td, i mean i've seen shit ton of jagpanzers hori's and obj268 camping, and all of them while they have same tier shitty armour they all have a lot more pen and they all can snipe, so if they get hurt brawling they can just switch to more campy/supportive role and are still "meaningfull" in the battle, especially late part, while this is just forced to go in front and die there hopefully after a trade but even that is not guaranteed

I'd argue having played this tank from close to mid range, this tank is very powerful. Having 800 alpha with almost 10 sec reload, with 50/50 armor & fast speed at close range is a scary thing to play against. It's as bad as pre nerfed obj.

Oh dear, Wargaming better prepare that brown envelope for you Skill, stuffed with wads of Euros to make sure the review will be a good one when this TD is released into the game 😄, I had my doubts about these new TDs because you've got to get really up close and personal to get the extra damage but everybody will be firing gold back and so the armour needs to be really good with only a few weak spots

In my opinion NC 70 Błyskawica is actually good. It has somewhat armour, especially when you use the -7 gun depression. The dmg does the job and you *have to* play close and aggressively with it. The mobility is good enough. Overall I like this tank gameplay.

It almost forces you to brawl close range, yet it doesn't have reliable front armor to pull it off against tier X opponents. Also, the insanely high shell velocities seem designed for med-long range sniping, which is completely at odds with its brawler nature. Skill calls it 'weird'; I'd go further and call it 'schizophrenic' 😂

In the early days a TD was meant to be in the 2nd or 3rd line and should snipe. 1st line was for Heavys (E3 as exception). Now TDs should be in frontline, why do you need a Heavy then? I think they should have done this mechanic in the reverse way so it is meant as a real TD. The longer the distance the more damage you make.

i think it is good for killing shots, but yeah pretty lame tank for a TD that deals less dmg. Maybe WG needs to think of HT, MT, or LT that brawl deals less dmg for fighting. If all JEFFS this have this gun, I would highly recommended this for JEFFS.

It could well be this is just another bad line from WG, but on the other hand it might be interesting once you have adjusted to it. It feels similar to an auto-reloading heavy in concept - there you are tempted to burst out your shells for damage but that can cripple your DPM over all - but with these TDs you are temped to get close for DPM which obviously exposes you to more danger.

I think this tank needs higher minimum damage. i do not think you should be doing less than 500 per shot. what if it had no premium ammunition and alternative heats with low velocity, so you have the choice of damage drop off and huge velocity or no damage drop off and slow velocity. a tier x td that does 800 is not something super special in the world of tanks anyways.

Looks like the developers just hit yet another bottom. Have in mind, that they deliberately nerfed the Minotauro to force more players into grinding this new TD line. If Skill is struggling with this, imagine what it will be for the regular player... Well done, WG, slow clap...

Yeah, I feel like the damage is not high enough to justify this mechanic. The mechanic is fun, but it should start higher than it does., Right now it's like 3% better DPM than Badger at 50m, and it already loses at 100 meters. It should start at like 5200/5500 DPM, so that by 150 meters it's the same as badger and then it drops off. So it's actually worth it to risk it for the biscuit and go all in to the 50m range, because your damage is actually insane. Not just the best, it needs to be the best by far.

It definitely looks lackluster. If I want armor and dpm for close range I have Badger line. If I want good alpha and some armor I can just use Chinese, American, or Japanese TD’s and not have to get within close range to do it.

In my opinion it would be an interesting take to balance the tank if the reload time also varies! The closer you were as youd taken your last shot and the higher the alpha were - the longer is the reload for the next shot! So if you snipe and do little damage per shot the reload is also shorter.

Thats kinda dumb from logic poin of view, wether the gun is fed by a loader(human) or autoloader(mechanism) the time of loading the gun is rather consistant, the second thing is that this tank already is kinda fucked by a weirdass scaling with distance damage mechanic adding a second one like that on top of that would just make it even more inconsitant and unreliable and even more hard to balance

I know people want to really close with this thing. Being able to do 600 damage from some distance with only a 11 sec reload time is still above average compared to most tanks.

This is the tier 10; the lower tiers with this mechanic will be even worse (maybe 50 at distance). Load HE by default and use gold when you get close seems to be the only way to make them playable for casual players like me.

and i think they are trying some kind of new ammo mechanic that they colud implement for all tanks ,maybe, at some point. varying dmg....varying penetration for gold but they are masking it , for the moment with varying dmg. iwould actually like gold ammo modified, but something like extra pen and dmg loss in same percentage but also extra chance of crit hit in same percentage
