@@PoppaLaca1957 physique =/athleticism...That's what many people don't get. Tbh the most important aspect of sports is your motor neuron system doing calculated skilled and coordinated movements. Physique does not necessarily mean that your coordinated movements will be elite. However I will say a fit athletic guy who is able to accomplish certain movements will be better off than someone who is less fit and athletic but can still complete these movements. Also please don't puff your chest on the internet because id humble you in every sport in real life. I'm 30 and was a college wrestler so just sit back down please.

@@bensonle4356 Fousey won’t make Deji quit unless Deji gasses out. Deji will likely have better cardio and better offense than his last fight. Deji is a better striker than Fousey, his footwork is better, his dodging skills are better, etc. The only things I can Fousey probably having over Deji are punching power and maybe cardio. Unless Fousey becomes more fluid and able to throw crisp combinations, I see Deji winning via stoppage.

I trained for a good 6 months and in 2 months of training, you should get rid of that uncomfortable feeling when throwing punches because you need fluidity to actually punch 100%. Fousey is stiff and he doesn't even have the ability to throw a punch.. These mfkers just never improve, they're just their for the money.
