That was good work from both of you, even if it was sparring. Not saying Mig outboxed you, but he had the swifter & more decisive offense mixed w his defense. Therefore slightly connecting more, in terms of aggression id say it was both even but Mig starting at a faster pace. You’re right though, we as boxers can never make people happy. Its always “but you aren’t good at this, youre keeping your hands down, dont do this, you can’t fight real fighters” And sparring someone in the olympics w a solid record is something anyone would hardly do👍🏽💪🏽

The other dude used his range really well used his jab at a distance and keep him busy then come in behind with a quick flurry then roll slip or pivot out. He’s a lot tighter too never wasted no movement I think Deen was a little more tired than he was. But Deen did his thing in there too kept up with his pace and fast asf too! Keep up the work!
