Well, I would have Garcia winning this fight. He was the guy going forward, making most of the attacks, and taking away the height advantage. Fundora was not able to impose his will at all, even with his crazy height and reach advantage, he showed he is vulnerable, if only Garcia had a harder punch, he would have knocked him out. Very least a draw.

Interesting match-up, for sure. Dealing with someone that tall, when at 6'1", I'm sure Garcia has been the taller fighter in the majority of his fights, had to throw Garcia off. And his cardio was crazy, for him to be the aggressor all 12 rounds and still throwing with bad intentions at the bell, that was impressive. The ref had a bad night, he wasn't doing his job to break the fighters or stop illegal tactics by Garcia. Garcia held Fundora's head while punching him on several occasions, and the ref pretty much whispered to Garcia to not do that. Never stepping in or taking his hand off of Fundora's head, just letting him hold and hit when he wanted to.

(In italian language). Certamente Fundora è un pugile speciale nella sua categoria, perché finora ha vinto quasi tutti i match, (tranne che con Clark , secondo me). Però è un pugile ancora acerbo, che non mi convince a pieno. E' ammirevole perché con quel corpo esile, scheletrico, è anche molto resistente ad incassare colpi e riesce a portarne anche molti sui volti degli avversari, ma ha ancora molto da imparare e migliorare. Ho visto una decina di match suoi, ed ho notato , (da semplice attento spettatore di boxe e non certo da esperto specializzato), che deve cercare di migliorare diversi difetti per arrivare al top mondiale nel tempo!... Primo: non sa proteggersi efficacemente il volto perché tiene la guardia più bassa e riceve diversi colpi durante gli incontri che potrebbe evitare proteggendosi meglio la faccia coi guantoni. Secondo: sbaglia tatticamente buttandosi troppo addosso all'avversario nei corpo a corpo, annullando il vantaggio che lui ha con le braccia più lunghe e che quindi può colpire l'avversario da distanza, senza rischiare montanti o ganci corti disperati, ravvicinati degli avversari... Terzo: dovrebbe usare di più le gambe nell'indietreggiare in casi di difficoltà, come l'ho visto fare una sola volta contro un pugile australiano. Quarto: usa spesso il destro per colpire al corpo l'avversario quando dovrebbe usare di più il sinistro al fegato. Quinto: dovrebbe irrobustirsi di più muscolarmente per portare colpi più potenti. Sesto: non usa spesso il montante. Ma nonostante queste cose da migliorare, vince ugualmente, sorprendentemente! Chissà se un giorno potrà conquistare più cinture mondiali, magari in categorie di peso superiori? Io comunque ho sempre tifato per lui perché temevo che lo avrebbero sempre demolito visto la sua esile costituzione fisica! Sono meravigliato dai suoi risultati!
