I've been impressed by Mugu's performances on hard courts this year. The match she played against Osaka at the AO was very close.

I'm so happy to see Garbi playing like this, she started 2020 very strong and I was worried that she maybe could not be at high level in 2021 but she is playing great, she started 2021 like if it was the continuation of 2020 after playing AO final. So far I think her game is only behind Osaka or maybe they are at the same level, that match vs Osaka should've been the final

Tennis from the different planet by Mugu. The quality of strokes and control of the ball are amazing .She does a lot extra foot work to achieve this quality . Can't see today a better female tennis player . Osaka won the match in AO 2021 not because she played better ,it just Mugu mentally collapsed in the end of 3rd set.

I like Sakkari but Muzuruga is one of my top three favorite female tennis players, behind Serena and tied with Kenin. Garbiñe is definetely headed back to the top ten and probably top 5!

Muguruza being ranked #16 is a joke. She is in the top 10 or even top 5. These rankings need to be actualizad.. Mugu being seeded 14 at the AO resulted in her having to face Osaka in the 4 th round, which was like a final.

The ranking is not reflecting the current form of the players. Especially in the top 10-15. Players like Muguruza, swiatek or Azarenka are far better than Pliskova, andreescu (i know she didn't play in 2020), Bertens or Bencic since more than 1 year. I don't attach much importance to this ranking, there are too many aberrations. However, it's a shame for the Grand slam events. I mean, for exemple, the AO women's draw this year was totally imbalance because of this ranking.

I want to see muscle definition on Garbine's arms, shoulders and butt (her butt because it means she's been doing both back and leg exercises). Otherwise I don't believe she will win another slam. There are many ways to build muscle athletically without straining joints. Such muscle building will actually protect her joints.
