There are different people who deeply impress me from different points of view. In football I adore Lionel Messi, in tennis I love Roger Federer, in politics Nelson Mendela made the best impression and now in Formule 1 I enjoy Max Verstappen immensely. In music I love, adore and enjoy Genesis the most. I went to see Messi in Barcelona, I saw Federer on Wimbledon and I saw Verstappen on Zandvoort. But I saw Genesis in Paris, Düsseldorf 2x, Rotterdam, Amsterdam 2x and i was there in Rome. A very special and wonderful experience. And yes it was very emotional, because I knew it was the end of a unforgettable period. Ohhhh man how I love these brilliant musicians. Thank you Genesis. Thank you all for given y'r incredibly talent to this world.

Ho ascoltato la prima volta i Genesis che avevo 11 anni l'album era Nursery cryme, mi innamorai di "the musical box"e da allora non li ho più lasciati. Amo la loro musica e non credo ci sia un'altro gruppo che mi faccia stare bene come loro. Ho 57 anni e continuo ad emozionarmi a sentire la loro musica.

Quando ho ascoltato Ripples, a 16 anni, sono rimasto incantato ... com'era possibile una tale meraviglia con una tale forza ... bellezza pura!

I was there. Great memories. Great night. Been waiting all day in the heat of Italian summer. Well worth it. And I can say that UKposts does not reflect 20% of the live sound. I remember saying to myself at the time that Collins' voice was still top notch. I'm going to see them again in 3 weeks (if nothing major hits on the way like a pandemic or world war...) for what will be their last run of shows ever. I know it will not be the same. I know Collins is diminished. I hope the voice still holds up. I am also going to say goodbye to my musical heroes of a lifetime on their final outing. People gathering tied into the same love of music is precious in those unprecedented crazy times that the world lives... Thanks for reading :)

For me Pink Floyd & Genesis top of quality of all times. Phil & David & the rest of the bands. All remarkable artists. Their music gives me real emotions. This is all nothing else to add.

What i love about this the most is the knowledge of the Italian audience, they know the music very well. If this was London I know, from experience, the crowd would not have known a lot of the excerpts from early tracks, for thousands in Rome to sing along with that bit from Stagnation sends chills. Respect Italy.✌
