That's not true what he's saying is he believed in god and or the Jesus story but then he started to question his existance based on logic and evidence and found none that doesn't mean he was not a christain theres people out there who sincerely believe in Jesus and God and think they are real but then based on random stuff happening in their life random hallucinations dreams ect found out there is no evidence for. Any of this stuff literally it doesn't mean they were not christain or turned there back on god it just means they became skeptical what's wrong with that my cousin as well as my other cousin whos a genius when it comes to video games and music he's a christain but he also went to church and asked honest questions they couldn't answer so he's still a christain like I am but he admits he doesn't know all the answers why are some christains so arrogant man how do you know for a fact its the one true religion what if you pick wrong what if there is a god or higher power but it ain't Jesus what if it's just a diety or what if it's the Muslim god dude why do you bash on other people's beliefs or lack their of others don't do that to you lol

Not just televangelists, every church passes around the collection plate every Sunday. My uncle goes to a church that collected their credit card numbers so if they miss church for whatever reason, they can still donate to get their soul saved ;). God is keeping score you know.

My mom’s church has a collection plate, but the money doesn’t just go to her, it goes to her, the staff, the church in general and a good portion goes to charity. Much better than those corrupt churches where the priests and pastors and bishops get all the money.
