Guys i am gonne start doing this workout!!! Day 1:✅️ Pls remind me everyday guys❤❤❤ Day 2:✅️ it was little easier to do the workout then day 1. Day 3:❌️ i was too lazy Day 4:✅️ it was alot easier to do the workout Day 5:✅️ alot easier and i started to see changes Day 6:❌️I had so much work :( Day 7:✅️I started to see some more of a change Day 8:✅️I got tired Day 9:✅️I saw really good changes and i'm already happy with it! I've done this and the result was insane. My waist was 32 now it's 29.5 and my tummy was 36 now it's 33.5 . I didn't follow any diet routine, also I usually don't eat that much junk food, I've these type of feed only once in a month. I normally eat veg curry , boiled rice, chicken and beef curry. That's it. I'm really happy with my transation. Thank you Miss Chloe Ting love you so much 💗

i have been doing this workout for 2 weeks now and honestly my tummy dont look all that different but there is deffo a small change , enough to keep me motivated to continue this workout. in general tho. when i first started this workout i would take so many breaks and id barely make it till the end, after 2 weeks im actually able to fly through this workout and do 2 other workouts after this one everyday now and my strenght is deffo improving too. anyone whos thinking of doing this workout i would recommend it it just takes a lot of consistency and work :) good luck to anyone trying this

I usually don’t comment but I will say, I’ve been doing this workout for over a year on and off consistently and the biggest factor that showed me results was my diet. I continued to do this workout but times like Halloween and Christmas low key made the results go away loll. Also I did it about 4 days a week when I had the best results! Happy 2024!

i am no fitness expert by any means but do you really try to focus on tightening your abdomen? i know as beginners its easy to be tired and just want to get it over with, but its better to do a few exercices properly and then skip the last ones if you get very tired. ofc its natural for your arms and legs to get tired too, but try to really focus on tightening your abdomen as you do the exercices :) hope it helps

I completed the 2019 shred challenge!!! It works SO MUCH. I actually lost 4.4lbs, but people say I look like I lost 9lbs. Answer's not always on the scale. I can't believe I managed to do it... when I started working out (March), chloe ting's workouts were impossible to complete for me so I stopped and did some other workouts which suited my level of fitness, I suppose. I come back after losing over 2 kg and now I manage to complete with difficulty, but at least I did. I'm proud of myself. The other workouts became easier for me so now time for chloe ting's INTENSE WORKOUTS.

Ребята, я вам хочу сказать, никогда не бросайте спорт.. Я занималась футболом 6 лет, и переодически с хлоей тинг. Забросила на год. Сейчас даже 1 упражнение сделать нормально не могу. Мне даже плакать хочется, что на столько все плохо стало. Вспоминая, как раньше делала упражнения, могла делать больше минуты 1 упражнение. а сейчас…

I must say that this really works for me 5 years ago. i did this same 2 weeks challenge, and i was so surprised to see how the belly fat decreased ...... I did it about twice a day, and i also changed the way i ate as in portions control
