You not really elaborated that much on the pay rate , Remember we not getting paid on MT miles , i feel like our net gross will be lower, cause these load are already set up or negotiated and Swift might already got it part of it that we don’t know the initial pay for that specific load. So i would like to hear more on the pay rate just for those reasons. Thanks

It’s not only about a picking your load off a load board it’s also picking loads with the best rates

Whats the point of a load board without % of the load being paid?? Swift continuing to rip off these drivers that make the mistake of coming to them in the first place. 😂
