I might be crazy or drunk, but I saw the whole sobriety test and looks like she passed with flying colors. They wanted her to go to jail. They wanted her to take the breath test to seal the deal and when she denied based off of her passing the first 3 test they had to make it like she failed them. You know how it works. If she had stumbled on the first test or the second test they would have said she was going to jail. Normally a person way passed tipsy with not make it to the 3rd test. This was a bogie.

Why the officer lie and say she told her she had drank. The walk was fine, they wanted to take her. I feel that breathalyzer should be give right off the back because this officer had a motive the whole time. The officer couldn't even speak correctly.

She didn't slur her words. Her speech was clear. She could stand erect. She was able to pick up her foot off the ground several times and place it walk. I didn't see any stumbling as reported in the media. Video didn't show if took the alcohol breatherlizer test. I guess its more this.
