I will not die
I will stay
Between you and the sun
Between the grass in the meadow
Cuddled by the scythe
Between the breathe of the horse
And swallow in the window frame
With prayer and the plow
Tearing through earth
I will plough your heart
Between the wrinkles in the barn’s door
Where the scent of hay flows
I will stay as the last one from you all
I will stay
Between you
And eternity
Poem dedicated to Grandfather. Written by Jacob 21. Sept, 2019 in Latvia.
This is a full documentary movie including all 4 seasons about Grandfather. The movie uncovers one day in each season in his life It talks about his daily routine and dedication to his down to earth lifestyle his fathers lived. His passion and love is horses. He is an old and experienced horse logger and is doing all the farm work all year round using only horse power. He is a hard worker and fully self-sufficient and independent. He has been living off the grid, before there even was a grid. Grandfather turned 76 May 2019. Since his wife passed away 10 years ago he works on his farm almost alone. He says - I do not need anyone to help me - I have horses...

This book is a great source of inspiration for anyone who wants to build high-quality tiny homes. Instead of settling for ordinary materials and designs, you can learn how to create structures that are durable and aesthetically pleasing. ukposts.infoUgkxLum--iPp9YKZ09j1BMdHaBMLkrGfIbcm The book does not provide detailed engineering drawings, but it offers plenty of photos that illustrate the concepts and designs. The book assumes that you have some basic building skills, but it also provides a range of ideas that can suit different preferences and needs. I found this book very useful and informative, and I appreciate it greatly. Thank you for providing such a valuable content in these Shed Plans. It is remarkable! For long-term service, it seems like it is worth investing a bit more money. Ryan, you are very generous to share such extensive information with us at a very affordable price.

@@jesusisking3814 I pointed out a parallel situation between the realm of God & the kingdom of Satan. In the new creation Jesus became became the mediator between the humans & God after his resurrection. He became the head of a new race, the God-man race ; that we, as believers might become members of this new race that is his body, his church, through faith in him. The parallel situation I noticed is do you think money could be the equivalent mediator in the kingdom of Satan? Is money the mediator between the human race & Satan in the material world? And my question would be, how do you deal with this condition? How is it possible to combine spiritual faith & material rejection as a believer in Christ?

I'm glad this was recorded, this way of life is rapidly diminishing, especially in the west. There's nothing in this world that can affect this man and his ability to survive and more importantly, thrive. Nothing short of a major catastrophe like an asteroid strike could stop this old fella. Financial collapse, power grid going down etc etc wouldn't make a mark on this man. Imagine if men had grandfathers around like this today to transfer knowledge and teach them how to act. The world would be much different. My grandfather was just like this...made his own furniture, tools, gardened his food and scoffed at most modern "advancements". He spoke 4 languages and but was econmical with his words. He would get up and leave the room if someone spoke too much, acted like a fool or if someone turned on the tv. At 58 I'm still trying to remember everthing he did.

John R , I sprout trees from acorns I find in parking lots and plant them near water even though I know most if not all won’t wake it to maturity. I do this because I would love to see a mighty oak 20 years from now and know I started that. But in Colorado it’s pretty rare for an oak tree to reach maturity in the wild without care and attention, well at least on the plains, even near water they still don’t seem to last. But I plant them because hopefully some of them will become ancient mighty oaks one day.

Not quite. UK 28.2.21.UTUBE ARTY VIDEO. GRANDFATHER. NO NO NO. . As usual the public fail to give in depth consideration of these films now appearing in their 1000s on this and other sites. its obvious to us that this is a product of a prof film company not a peasant family. The editors aee always the core of the problems and that applies to entire press in Uk who have for 20 yrs been suppressing evidence to protect the estal but our experiences re that are too lengthy for this interface but incl 12 yrs traipsing Cent london with victims looking for help. We endured death threats and Police violence. Now back to this film. Working like that on the land in all weathers will add betwen ten and twenty yrs to your age and this man displays that. The people on here wishing for that life are living in fantasy world. Do you not realise that one slip means serious injury, then what. Are the paticipants struck dumb as theres only a grunt to the horse. Who made that ruke an Art Graduate. if you look at the ends of the logs they are perfectyly square and sawn. Have you ever tried doing that with a hand saw, thats enough to kill a young person let alone him. We are flabbergasted at the publics response to someone living in what is after all poverty. why cant you understand the unfairness of a society that causes a person so frail to work like a slave. There are people round here getting funded by Lottery for 'watching movies' Meanwhile we are experiencing violent Police attacks because of the evidence we gathered re mental health in europe after we were told not to resolve clients issues in six hours that the system failed to do in 20 yrs. we have now gathered 1000pp evidence and the BBC where we knew about 250 people, say this- 'hide the evidence abroad'.Why is the man in the film doing what was depicted. Choosing that way of living is backed by criteria of some sort but as theres no dialogue who knows what that could be.. We noticed there is hardly ant explanation of the circumstaces or history,and that is typical of these videos that google is marketing. when we tried exposing what we know on these sites our accounts were destroyed. so were all our web sites. if the man and his family were aware of what going on all round them would they be so keen on risking their health. i know a wee bit about farming because I have family connections going back over 600 yrs. I know what a vicious game that is. This media is full of near truths. the public are treating the situations like they do the billionpound news scandle. Its entertainment of curiosity. I live in a semi rural road. 99.95 of the people are utterly selfish and when a 80 yr old woman died next door we and the family were the only ones grieving. Its time that the people on here woke up. We sent out 2000 mails re 30.000 avoid death (no not the virus) We failed to get a reply. Some of the mails were sent to parliament HM MPs. Meanwhile on this interface 2.5 million people watch just one violent movie and send funds too. By the way the people sending the police here to gag us were sent by HM religion. Hold on a mo I just gotta milk the cow. No wonder theres no dialogue. if you extract the criteria for putting this and other stuff on here you will get some real insight.Go look at how the officials running that country live, they are not getting up at 5AM. Love the home made Harrow being dragged over what seems to be a bit grassland. Nice. We should either be all peasants or no peasants. Not Spell Chckd. Pull the other leg.?

And to think the lifestyle this amazing man leads is known to most as the "simple life". No one can imagine the amount of work it takes to be self sustainable , and yet so many people say that's the life they yearn for. Me myself a man who's worked everyday since 14 I would say that all the work is a minor cost for the peace of mind knowing you need nothing from anyone. And the reward is the feeling you get when you realize at the end of a long hot day or a long cold day that everything you have is due to your own hard work, blood sweat and tears. While i agree with the first part of your comment, we both have to agree that he isnt entirely self suffficent and nobody can be. Look at all the tools and nails he is using. A blacksmith had to make those. The blacksmith needed iron ore to make them, therfore a miner was involved as well. Look at the roof of the buildings. Tiles had to bee made for that. Etc etc... You cant be self sufficent alone. There was a point when communities used to work together and we were on the road to "utopia". But we are way past that point.
@omoikane8961
@omoikane8961 3 роки тому
@@makos3876 I am sure that if more people decide to live like this, then community will atone itself. If it were a big community and there were no more stores to buy nails from, I am 100% someone will take the job as a blacksmith. So we _can_ be self sufficient, the question is do we _want_ to be self sufficient. The majority of us doesn't so we have to work in the fabrics that produce materials for those who want to be self sufficient.
@hillockfarm8404

It is not the selfsufficiency that scares them. It is the not or hardly being needed, makes their hard work feel useless. And yes even with such a lifestyle some outside coordinated help is needed, you cannot do everything alone, it takes at least a community. Also sadly these days there are other countries/groups of people who would love to steal the fruits of your hard work if there isn't a government or some such to stop them.

He can get that little money by selling some of the wood, eggs, fruits and vegetables in town. Though most likely his son works a regular job while grandpa still can manage the homestead mostly on his own. That's how it's usually done nowadays. Before, people didn't even have to sell their produce, they just gave the doctor, etc., their produce directly. You'd be surprised how happy people are over home made eggs or vegetables.

If you do not have Jesus Christ, or if you die in your sins without His cleansing blood, then you will NOT BE SAVED from the judgement to come, if you neglect so great salvation, then you are in darkness and on your way to everlasting flames of fire, where the smoke of your TORMENT will ascendeth up for ever and ever (Revelation 14:11, KJV). "He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him." John 3:36 (KJV) "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Romans 10:9 (KJV) Only if you repent of your sins and receive Jesus Christ will you be saved from the judgement to come (John 3:15-18; John 8:24, KJV). Your good works will not save you. Your water baptism will not save you. Your church attendance will not save you. Only Jesus Christ and His shed blood can save you, you must receive Him as your Lord and Saviour. Jesus paid the price of our sins so we wouldn't have to (1 Peter 2:24, KJV). Receive His free gift of eternal life-only through Jesus can you be saved, it is not of our own works, lest any man should boast (Ephesians 2:9, KJV). Do not oppose yourself, let go of your pride, self-righteousness and the foolish wisdom of the world and call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved (Romans 10:13, KJV). Pray to God the best way you know how, repent of your sins and confess to the Lord that you want to receive Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour for your personal sins.

Beautiful! Your grandfather is an awesome man! I’m a sixth generation american farmer. I was able to farm with my dad and grandfather when they were still living. Grandpa was born in 1899. Our family immigrated here from Sweden. This is very nostalgic. Your country is beautiful! You are indeed blessed.

This documentary is absolutely awesome and is my favorite documentary of all time. I envy this man.. Throughout the entire film I was wishing I could be there, helping this man do these chores and learning all I could from him. He truly is an inspiration. The world today is blinded by technology, trashy television, corruption, politics and money. I wonder how many people are smart enough to know that this man has more wealth that money can’t buy...

This is definitely copy paste of my own grandfather. Life has learnt me he was right. He never owned a tractor or electric machine. Everything was done by hand or by help of a horse. No debt either. And there I followed the horse picking up potatoes or beets or whatever. There was no ennoying noice from anything, just birds shirping and the steps of the horse. Seeiing this opens up a lot of memories. thanks for sharing.
