the food: from what I can see, one plate has "kolokithokeftedes" (zuccini balls), tomatoes and olives, another plate has different version of tyropita and spanakopita (cheese pie and spinach pie), and another plate has baklava. there are also drinking greek wine both white and red, and the drink on the plastic cups is coffee frappe. the instruments: the clarinet is an albert one which is a bit different than the regular ones, the other wind instrument is called zurnas. there are also two drums which are very greek, the big drum is called ntaouli, and the small one (the guy sitting next to the keyboard player) it's called toumperleki. as for the differences, the other version sound more like reggeton, but it really isn't lol, the tempo that reggeton uses is very familiar to greek music, we calls it tsiftenteli, which is the belly dance music. this unplugged version simply brought out the tsiftenteli element more.

The Clarinet you saw is called Clarino in Greece. It is actually an Ohler (or German) type Clarinet. In symphonic orchestras of today the Clarinet used is the Boehm (or French) type of Clarinet. The Ohler Clarinet (or Clarino in Greece) allows the player to produce many more details in his musical phrases, which is essential to Greek Traditional Music.

Here there are two flute like instruments. The zournas and klarino. Both traditional greek and Balkan instruments.
