What can I say, Finland is among the most expensive countries... Not the happiest, just most expensive 😂 (which kind of contradicts the "happy" part ;)). I admit love countries where wine is cheaper than water, or at the same level , like Spain, Portugal and Italy, which I'm sure contributes to the happiness of people a lot 😅 After all, wine is life!

Nah, Helsinki is pretty much the only dangerous place left in Finland, and even then only in few places at certain times, and you have to be pretty unlucky as well For immigrants there might still be some more dangerous places, but I haven't heard of those in several decades either, but I bet those sort of ra**ist people are still either there, or in other places, since they like to gather around like-minded people, since no one else can stand them at all Also, in Finland, it is extremely easy to find trouble, but unless you go looking for it, you don't have to worry about it at all. But if for example a person like Johnny Somali would come to Finland, and try to pull the sh*t he did in Japan or Israel, that dude might not leave alive. I don't actually live in Lahti but i have like 2 km distance to Lahti city border. Lahti is known as the drug capital of Finland. In 2001 winter games finnish team cheated with drugs so it was kinda the black moment of sport here. Lahti is actually kinda hilly area as there is ridge system going through it, Salpausselät. Lahti is a city of sport, facilities for everything possible. Also Lahti literally translates as Bay😀 and the lake where the city stands is called Vesijärvi, Water lake. We are not creative with the names here😀

I was born in Lahti and after 40 years I still live here. I feel like Lahti is a little bit more restless nowadays than something like 20 years ago, but not dangerous at all, still very safe city to live and visit. Welcome!

I've lived in Lahti all my life and I've never felt endangered going to the city center. Although, they didn't even go to the "dangerous" district in this video.
