Omg omg i am totally overwhelmed! I didnt think my story would be read on the podcast, i figured it would need to be heavily editied and changed to even be remotely interesting. Im so very honored that so many enjoyed the story. When i hear peoples encounters i always wondered if the bigfoot go back to their tribes saying "i saw a person". What would their enconter story be like? So i started to write and it just kinda came out. Im so pleased so many people actually liked it! Of course thats largely because of how nance narrates. Her voice made it 100x better! Thank you so much! You made my week by reading my story!! Im so honored!

Oh, Nance! This was fantastic! When I finally realized this young girl was a Sasquatch, and she was telling the story of her family’s slaughter by apparently military humans, it started me crying! Seen from their perspective, no wonder they’re so illusive and do their best to stay hidden! This makes me hope they are seen eventually as a species needing protection. Thank you sooo much! ❤🦍 Snackage is a late supper of pasta, veggies and hamburger 😋

@@BuckeyeBigfoot Oh Nance, this one had me bawling as soon as I realised the turn of perspective. It was the metal sticks & bees that gave it away immediately. I knew then this is a depiction of the sad truth on how some humans disregard the lives of others, all others, that share our planet, from insects to ocean life. This piece harbours & hits so much depth. Thank you for sharing it & ignore those that will have a temper tantrum about it. You do you. 👍 Much love 🌻🇳🇿

May God give us empathy for each and every thing so that we can get along with each other and save our planet! Give us grace and wisdom and forgiveness for the pain we’ve caused knowing and unknowingly! Amen🙏🏻 Ophelia your story was wonderful! Write more and send it in! God bless you! I am wiping tears away from my eyes...thank you so much for reading this beautiful story. Love can overcome and did here. I grew up on my Grandparents farm, been in our family since 1880 in Middle Tennessee. Never saw the bigfoot, but heard them amd many occasions I could share. At the time I didn't know what to think, but as I have studied and learned, came to realize all those occurrences were from them. Tree knocks, whoops, missing cow feed, chickens missing, tree breaks/twists, long howls, smells and our dogs running under the house in fear of "something". Maybe I will share some with you, your storytelling is so full of kindness and truth. Thank you for sharing .❤🥰

Oh Nance I think you just took your channel up a few notches! That was fantastic, so glad you went with your instincts!!! You did Okeana proud! This coming from a guy who grew up there in the good old days in the sixties and seventies, graduated in 1976 from Ross High School. My dad graduated from Morgan High School in a class of twelve. When I was young I knew an older man who graduated from Morgan in a class of two who were Morgan's first graduating class! When I grew up in Okeana there was a grocery store, a general store, two gas stations/mechanics, a saddle leather shop, where we would go and ask for scraps to make whips (for play). Also a feed mill, television /radio repair man, a slaughter house /meat market. All the kids usually walked or rode our bikes to school. We would play in the street because there wasn't much traffic. We would play until the street lights, few as there were would come on, literally. If me and my brothers had to be home earlier my dad would stand on the front porch and whistle. Boy you had better come running or you would take a chance at getting the belt! Funny how I could hear that whistling no matter where I was in town. If the other kids heard it they would be sure to find us and let us know. They knew the consequences! But I am glad I was raised that way. We knew right from wrong and took responsibility even when we were young. Sorry for the rambling. I have been listening to you for quite some time, even went back and listened to anything I may have missed. I really enjoy your channel. I have been meaning to send you a note for some time. I would really like to meet up with you someday and have a chat. I guess I'm proof of the absence around Okeana these days LOL! Heal up and take care. Dave L.

Wow! Nancy that was the most beautiful breathtaking tear bringer I’ve ever heard! Thank you 🙏 for always giving me a place to call home. I love your stories. No matter where I’ve lived . Like my car or a tent your voice has always made me feel like I’m home. Thank you from my heart. You touch all sorts of people going through life on different paths. I’m proud to say I’m finally 2 months 8 days dope free. It all started a little over two months ago I began to wake up and tell myself in the mirror, that I loved myself which was so foreign to me before. Since that practice and really starting to love myself more. I wouldn’t tolerate or settle for the life I found I was deep into. I really didn’t think I would ever be able to get free of that vicious cycle. But I woke up one day and started making calls and that evening my wife and I were on a plane to LA to a top notch professional treatment center. I’m sitting here now trying to find out who I really am. But one of the constants has always been your channel. It’s your friendly voice that makes me feel like home. I just wanted to say thank you. I dont know where to start ! I enjoyed this story so much because of the reversed point of view and obviously so well done. Its always nice to put a kink in the norm for fun. And it was fun. Thanks Nance for making the right decision. B..

Amazing story. Keep up the great work. I love the feeling when I realized who the "narrator" was!
