Hermitcraft Season 8 starting in Minecraft 1.17, the Caves and Cliffs Update has arrived.
Doc is on a frantic mission to create a brand new reload stable Wither cage. Would could possible go wrong. To relax, he teams meets up with Ren again to have some bbq. Then they go to raid a gigantic underground vault together with PearlescentMoon and GeminiTay.

@docm77 Your gonna make a obsidian farm by braking the obsidian from naturally generated portals through withers, which ar the only thing that can drop obsidian items except players Most probably sending an entity from a nether portal through the nether to the over world and the buttons are to prevent the portal from generating at the wrong place, the wither will brake the portals and that's why you have a item collection system underneath.

You need to sell the shulker shells as shulker shells when youse create the octagon, so that they have to pay for the shulker shells from your part and then buy the wood for the chests from rent making your profits sky rocket.

Yes. Doc Oc always had only four robot arms, and all the "spiders" Doc is building have only 4 robot arms, so the comparison is pretty apt.

Doc, we know that you've been doing all the crazy things in Hermitcraft lately but I just to say to reassure you as a fan that we don't want to put that pressure on you. Each episode doesn't have to be game-breaking or GOAT level work. Just take your time to make the content you want to produce and make sure you're having fun while you're at it. He sounded tired to me. I've heard him on streams like that before. If he seemed irritated, he may have been playing the part of Doc getting into trouble again. Doc was deep in thought and not a lot of help and didn't get the loot he asked for but I don't think that would irritate Ren. He can easily kill a wither.

Tweakaroo with its freecam is such a good tool for recording stuff you normally don't reach in survival. Go behind walls to show Redstone etc. It does so much more though...

I doubt Doc will use the placement tools… yet. Freecam literally is an equivalent to the camera tools Xisuma and some other Hermits have been testing, so I assume Doc expected it to be acceptable.
