5 років томуVoice Controlled Home Automation System using NodeMCU ESP8266 12E Wi-Fi module, where you can control your Home AC appliances using your Voice though an Android App from anywhere in the world. You can simply turn ON or OFF lights, bulbs, tv, refrigerator etc by simply using a voice command or simply pressing button on Android Smartphone.
The phone get connected to local wifi. The Android app that is created using MIT app developer has switch buttons which can be pressed to control the appliances. You can follow the video to learn how to create voice based home automation app as simple explanation is given in the video. Or simply you can download our app from the link.

I practiced this project, but there was no reaction from the microcontroller when activating the app on android. I've changed the IP according to the local IP that comes out of the microcontroller, but still no response in the android application. when I open the web server according to IP, then the response from the microcontroller is ok. how to solve the problem?. Info: i used esp32 & coding on visual code

Hi, thanks for this tutorial really helpful. I would love to know, provided am on the same local network with the nodemcu and my phone, must I be connected to the internet before the google assistance will turn/off devices? I tried the tutorial, it worked fine except that google assistance is not switching on/off the relays.

You can use I2C LCD directly. But in order to use normal 16 pin LCD you need 7HC595 IC.

The nodemcu should be connected to internet every time so as the data is uploaded to internet thingspeak server. Connect to any wifi. And also your phone along with app should be connected to wifi

The problem is with the latest android device because of the pie or android android 10 version. The device used to work on lower android version earlier.

Doesn't work with the latest Android version. It used to work with kitkat and lollipop version.

Excellent project. I programmed NodeMCU , but I am not getting IP on serial monitor, Instead I get garbage. MIT APP is working fine on my mobile phone, but I cannot assign IP in APP . Please guide me to resolve this issue. Look for an earliest response at the earliest. Thanks & Kind regards.

Check the baud rate. Baud rate for nodemcu setting while uploading code. And also baud rate for serial monitor.

Did u edit apk aap from mit app inventor. Or issue with your device. In some phone it does not work. Plz try to setup your google assistant

Hey, the voice command use to work with old mobile version like Android lollipop 5.0 or marshmallow 6.0. The latest versions of Android doesn't support.

Change baud rate according to serial.begin lime in code to show ip address. You have selected wrong baud rate.
