Ingredients:
For 1 Easter cake in 26 cm shape
700-750 g of flour (I use it for Easter bread, you can use it for pie or for cakes. Choose a nice fine flour)
4 eggs (I leave one egg white for spreading. Eggs are size L)
150 g of sugar
30 g or 2/3 cube of yeast (10 g dry)
150 ml of milk
50 g of butter
50 ml of sunflower oil
1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
peel of 1 lemon (half if larger)
For the filling:
100 g of raisins
50 g of orange peel
The dough rises well for 2-3 hours, until the size triples. It is formed and fermented again in 40-60 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes, depending on the oven.
