Climate hysteria and whataboutism often rebounds when common sense, scientific literacy and logical coherency does not. Sea level rise is only incremental, happening over the course of decades. We will still have ice caps for many decades yet. However if nothing at all is done, it will likely be our children and grand children who will deal with the fallout. Just because we have started a new decade means nothing because nature does not care at all about human timescales so we should instead focus on legitimate efforts to curb climate change as opposed to listening to 16 year olds like Great Thunberg or taking advice from idiots such as James Lovelock.
