"Where Johnny was bullied by his Sensei, Danny was bullied by Johnny, and Johnny was bullied by Danny. So when he meets some nerds who are getting bullied by the popular kids, Johnny bullies the nerds into learning Karate so the nerds can use Karate to bully the popular kids, who go on to learn Karate from the Sensei who bullied Johnny to bully the nerds-turned-popular bullies, who bullied Johnny into learning Karate in the first place, until Johnny's Karate is strong enough to bully him back."

William's acting style is amazing... He literally seems like your everyday guy that is not an actor, but just does stuff, and the camera follows him around. It's so real it both feels like it doesn't belong, but fits perfectly at the same time.

So true about Daniel's Japanese fetish. Look how much progress he made in one episode with Kumiko's help versus Amanda's. He should've just married her.

I love this show! Cobra Kai is the best example of how to handle a franchise in the right way. They expanded the story a lot, they gave importance in the right amounts to every character, old and new. The show is not focused in only one character, there are many important characters. This show is not only great, but it also gave more replay value to (and even enhanced) the classic films.

Everything in the series could have literally been settled in five minutes if they all just had one decent conversation. But instead, they always punch it out. I love it!
