Praying for Mr Beckham. He is simply adorable with his expressions. Blakely is so sweet in her Sister role. She definitely loves her Bubba. I love seeing them both together and how much they are growing. Blakely is coming into her own little personality. Such a sweet family.

Beckham, you are such a strong and brave little boy! I had tears in my eyes in the beginning when you shared how Beckham was crying as he associated certain situations and rooms in the hospital with pain and trauma. Medical trauma for us complex kids does more than I think society realizes. I am in my early 40s and just now realizing how much has affected my life. Going all the way back to being an hour old, when I turned blue... We definitely need to raise more awareness, to learn how to help NICU and medically complex babies as early as possible. I recently learned that NICU babies are more than 60% likely to have mental health issues. Then you have the parent(s), who also have trauma raising us. We need to do more... I think this is where my journey is leading. Thank you for sharing and validating how tough this stuff is.

Im glad you said to him "Its ok to cry, we all cry when we are scared" . Its important to accept all the emotions. Full range of human emotions is healthy. I think what you mean by "Brave" is to choose to have a good attitude in the face of lifes challenges. But, it can become a word that means repress or that its not ok to express fear or sadness or whatever else we are experiencing.

I have cerebral palsy as well had it all my life I'm 39 years old i had braces on my legs like froset gump growing up and i use a cane now and he's amazing much love to him hugs!

Beckham is the cutest and sweetest little boy ever ❤ I personally have a friend in my class that I aid to and I feel the pain but you should never assume they can’t accomplish something because they can do anything even though they do have special needs 😊 ❤ 😊

Rachel, just know that I am always so invested in Beckham. You deserve to be almost always be home with him and Blakely. I am in a relationship with someone that also has Cerebral Palsy, even though I'm a young adult with a disability myself. My partner can talk and eat almost anything. I just wanted to tell you that his CP and quality of life will get a whole lot better. I love you and your family!

I feel for that amazing little guy. I have permanent nerve damage and had to have emergency back surgery as I don’t have a feeling in my left leg or foot but I have nerve pain still it’s miserable saying prayers for his.

Just a thought while watching your lovely videos x we used to call them pokies when needles where involved so the little one I was working with understood when they where coming and not and I would always reassure as you do x just always thought it helped that they knew to a degree if that makes sense x pokies but it’ll be quick and I know it hurts but the doctors will be finished soon x or no pokies, I will tell you xx no pockies today x hope this helped a little as I worked with cp children on occasion and they seemed to respond really well xx love your family and hope for the best for beckham with upcoming changes xx

OK to anybody who's saying that there's a change in this channel. I don't see the change and I don't see what your issue is. When a child has CP, they have to go through many things and many surgeries and Beckham is very brave. Would anybody else be able to go for a water person with CP has to go free? Unless you're in somebody's shoes, you should not make comments.You should try to be in his shoes for a week.And see what kind of pain you can handle or not handle And I bet you that you wouldn't be able to handle the pain that he is going through or somebody else. With CP goes through it, you shouldn't judge. A person when you don't know what it's like to go through something like that.

My hip came out of socket six times and it was excruciating pain. I think it’s my 10. If he’s feeling this pain he needs immediate attention which you are doing. God bless you and family.
