Here is the Romanian Deadlift or RDL banded variation. You can knock this out just about anywhere with a resistance band.

Okay thanks,can you please explain to me if this is for abdominal strength? I've been SERIOUSLY considering light weight lifting tone myself up,do you have any tips that may be helpful? Thanks

This exercise is primarily for hamstring, glutes and lower back strength. Your abdominals will benefit serving as stabilizers if properly engaged during the movement. Light weight lifting, moderate to high repetitions, multi joint and single joint exercises in combination with some interval training and good nutrition. I have a couple abdominal exercises on the channel and will post more!
