Love the simplicity of it. I am in the processes of setting up my small workspace, and small, portable aids like this are right up my alley. That's a well thought out design. I especially like the versatility of being able to clamp or mount it to the top or side of a workbench. It's also a lot prettier than the janky little mini router table I made from scrap plywood, 2x4s and some masonite. I'd originally made mine for the express purpose of fitting a custom sled for cutting box joints. I've gotten a fair amount of use out of it, but now I'm thinking it's time for an upgrade. Checking out your plans now.

I love this design, it's so simple yet has all the fundamentals like a fence and even dust collection. It uses the router that I already own, so I'm sure it will work as-is with no fiddling around! Thanks man. I'm gonna make one of these. I know that I want a router table (I have some templating things I want to do) but don't have much experience with them, so don't know yet what I need or want beyond the basics. What I do know is that if I buy a cheap one, I'll end up wanting a better one. So this simple wooden one made with off cuts and the router that I already own is absolutely perfect. I'll add a couple tiny things on this: a starter pin, and maybe also a miter slot. But definitely a starter pin. Will likely use a dowel for that one.

I love your videos and your humor. I love your video editing skills too. You show us what you're making without going on and on like some do (it bugs me when they don't speed up the working parts or lower the sound when they're using their tools), I love that you show us where you're at with your added diagram in the corner (love this addition) and the finished product and how you use it. I have a small cordless trim router and have been debating on buying a big one and table. I have some scraps I can make something like this with. May just hold up on a big router for right now since my trim router does great. Thank you for your inspiration and creativity. You are awesome! Keep rockin it!
