The only way to receive the Holy Spirit is through the gospel, it's by trusting, hearing and believing the gospel! Ephesians 1:“13. In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,” Here's the gospel, which unfortunately Catholicism doesn't teach! It's just further proof of how Catholicism is just a man made organization and it's not the true church as they claim. This is how you receive salvation! 1 Corinthian's 15:“1. William Douglas first off the book of James is written for the Jews not the church and it literally tells you that. But that verse isn’t a salvation verse to begin with but yes if you’re not spreading the gospel or don’t have faith I would imagine you’re faith is dead because otherwise you would be spreading the gospel. We do good works because we ARE saved not to get saved or stay saved. It’s not of yourself, it’s not by works it’s a free gift you receive by faith in believing Christ died for your salvation by shedding his blood. There’s no forgiveness without the shedding of blood for a reason. How many priest or popes have shed their blood for you? There’s ten times more scriptures that proves you’re wrong. You can just use whatever verse you want to teach doctrine because if it doesn’t line up with everything then it’s you who are wrong not the Bible and you need keep studying until you realize where you went wrong.

@@png9779 unfortunately, I've burned and crashed at the time, when I was trying to quit it, I didn't have the best mindset. Ever since that, it's gotten worse and I haven't been able to escape it, what's worse was years of turmoil with my faith where I left the Catholic faith for a while and only recently in May, I've just returned.

I suffered it for like 6 years but it seems i healed from it on lent this year i served in the church And It make me So far away from my Other self, But i fell 3 times march to may but i stopped may till now

U may have to just cast aside electronics, maybe not the best advice but if it works ot works
