Hello, I don’t understand how to buy more employees for my vet clinic. Can you tell me how! ?

My vet is so hectic that I'm having troubles keeping up with it my two employees don't do anything besides standing around talking I'm the one doing 90% of the work. It gets a little aggravating after a while doing everything on your own. 😧

I have found a good way to keep your Vet Clinic clean. Put another Sim into your household with your Vet and give that other Sim the Neat trait but do not level up their Vet skill at all. They will clean most things up, if they get occupied doing something else pause, switch control to them and tell them to mop or clean. It works great as you have control over what is cleaned but with them having the Neat trait they mostly clean up themselves anyway. You can even have them wear clinic uniform as they are members of the household. In my own clinic my Neat Sim is in a relationship with my Vet but only to enable them to sleep in a double bed together. Her clinic has an apartment upstairs and thought it would be weird to have an employee staying with her.

Absolutely love the style of your clinic. I got my pet extension pack today and my place is messed up in my clinic, this is gonna help me make a better place for the pets. Can’t wait 😂❤️

I find that the staff i hire barely do anything. So I just use members of my household to do all the cleaning and greeting patients. You just have to learn how to time everything (it takes awhile for pets to go to the examination table so during that time i'd use another sim to start giving treatment to another pet.

How do you get from residential to the vet clinic if you already bought it?

Can the sim run the clinix w/o me looking over them all the time? (If you have a family or smth) And can your sim open the clinic for a day of work but get himself a day off?

I had hired two employees when I bought the vet clinic and they stood around doing nothing so I told one of them not to clean and do actual vet work while I got the other one to clean and not do vet work! It worked for a little bit but then the cleaner vet kept getting in the way so I fired them 😂😂
