This is the perfect opportunity to build up a decentralised power grid. The other day, the former environmental secretary of my state here in Germany, a famous lady from the alleged "Green" party, was on the radio, explaining at length the benefits of decentralized power. The Constitution of Ukraine cannot be considered the basic law of every Ukrainian, if it was not submitted by the legislative body of power (BP) to a national referendum, or was not ratified by the regional councils. The constitution was illegally imposed on the people of Ukraine by usurpers of power (rogue billionaires). Zelensky should be brought to an international tribunal for using an unratified constitution to justify military actions to preserve territorial integrity (Milosevich number two!) .
