it all gets pixelated because of the compression the internet servers do. If in live streaming bandwidth is key factor. But how are they gonna have good stream from the moon?

@@frizstyler directed laser arrays can, when aligned properly, transfer pretty massive amounts of data in decently short time. But at distances like moon-to-earth, regular directed antennae will probably do well enough.

@Satoru I Consider also checking out SpaceX, theyre planning a rocket called Starship, along side its companion booster, Super Heavy, they have done so many great achievements within two decades, such as but not limited to, perfecting propulsive landing on its Falcon 9 fleet, and making the worlds most powerful active rocket, the Falcon Heavy. With Starship they are aiming for the Mars and the Moon, and prototypes are being worked on and being built as we speak!

John Paul Gan It’s a foot longer because it can’t be any longer than that. It’s built in the same facility as the Saturn V (the Vehicle Assembly Building). If it were any longer, it wouldn’t fit out the door!

@@maximilianreber9506 I know he has put a lot of capital and energy back into NASA, and while I do think he'll be re-elected, and this project is likely to continue, that doesn't mean we aren't one administration away from it all going back into the closet. It was Bush who pushed for the Orion program and Obama who pulled funding and redirected NASA. What's to say that after Trump's 2nd term a Democrat isn't elected who pulls funding just as we are nearing putting a man on Mars? That's where I feel like this is headed.

@@SuperSMT I think you're absolutely right, in some regard. I think they will be the steady hand in all of this. Typically, Republican administrations have been more friendly to military and space (save for Kennedy who was still quite conservative). I could see a Democrat administration cancelling contracts with private space companies after they have been made by prior administrations. That's why I genuinely believe the first person to step foot on Mars will be from a private company, not NASA.

Normally different than real life, some mods can change the gravitational values, wind resistance and distance of planets to bring the game closer to reality. I just don't know why NASA should choose Apollo style old technologies of space capsules and expendable heavy lift rockets to go back to the moon? A 21st century Apollo style moon landing which used old technologies of space capsules and expendable rockets is very meaningless.

SLS rockets and Orion capsules are essentially very old technologies of Apollo era! It's a shame to use Apollo era old technologies to go back beyond LEO in 21st century! I just don't know why NASA doesn't use new technologies such as in-orbit assembly, space tugs, space refueling depots, and plasma or nuclear propulsions!

@@powerfulstrong5673 NASA wants to do it as cheaply and reliably as possible, while at the same time doing it ASAP. Orbital refueling is unnecessary for a moon visit. However, a big part of the Artemis program is preparing the United States to get to Mars, so there is an eye to the future.
