Adam, in the Philadelphia are both Hulu live TV and Direct TV stream do include the regional sports networks at the prices you mentioned. There is no additional cost for them. You forgot to include PLEX TV (has the most free channels) in the free TV section along with many TV manufactures have free Roku like TV stations. (Samsung & LG). Don't forget to mention all the free streaming news apps, like Local Now, News on & Very local. In addition Philadelphia, PBS streams for free, including their on demand library.
