You are not too old to start, go for it! You even can still do a fight, just for the experience. I saw people here in Thailand in their 40's or 50's doing fights. It will be a great experience. You only live once 💪

Pretty much same here. Started training a month ago. It was my teenage dream to be a fighter but I made the wrong choices. Now back on track to redeem myself!
