I took Mumshad Mannambeth's "Kubernetes Certified Application Developer (CKAD) with Tests" course. Available here: www.udemy.com/course/certified-kubernetes-application-developer/ Note that the labs and tests tend to be easier than the actual exam, but are good practice.

The courses are helpful in understanding K8s and preparing for the exams, however if you want training specific to EKS, I would try Amazon's training.
