Your excitement at getting back in the van and hitting the road is totally convincing, but that view over those gentle green hills at 0:29 has to be very comforting - if or when the road becomes just a bit too much, you have such a beautiful home to return to. Congratulations on how you've ordered your life. P.S. Bigger tires nearly always come with increased fuel consumption. What you settled on looks like a good compromise between rough-terrain capability and every-day practicality. Looking forward to seeing how the suspension upgrade performs!

That 10" big blue filter housing should be a standard you can pick up at Home Depot. That filter looks like a sediment filter rather than a carbon filter to improve the taste and eliminate bad stuff

*Gasp* It Rocks!!! The suspension puts it over the top as home that knows what the roads offer. Just figure all the surprise delays, problems happened at the beginning of the trip,so NONE are allowed to surface during your journey.

Lyss, make sure you do more research on your home. French doors on the inside are generally original to the old homes, unless there were pocket doors. I am living in a 110 year old house. My first home was a 1930s bungalow. I am also an Interior Designer who specializes in historic homes.
