Pardis Parker's comedic take on society's obsession with billionaires resonates deeply with me. His witty observations highlight the misplaced emphasis on wealth as a measure of success and legacy. As someone who values genuine contributions to society over material wealth, I appreciate Parker's alternative perspective on leaving a lasting impact. This talk serves as a reminder to focus on meaningful connections, creativity, and kindness rather than the pursuit of riches. From Parker's humor-laden insights, I've learned the importance of prioritizing values that truly define a fulfilling and impactful life, rather than chasing after societal constructs of success.

Interesting how the speaker values being independent and unique in spite of what rich people do. I appreciate that and try to follow that rule in my life because what makes us an individual is the uniqueness in ourselves. Also, I liked the way he introduces the topic that is in humorous way so everyone gets the point of the talk but no one is humiliated .

hey, i can top that: we hand out Ghirardelli chocolates very Halloween! before that, we DID hand out regular-sized candy bars AND a pom-pom spiders, but the pandemic screwed it up a bit, then we went with the aforementioned Ghiradelli chocolates.

Haters gonna hates, no one work for being poor, being billionaire doesn't mean famous, some just need bigger resources to solving bigger problems. This envy fallacious clown wouldn't understand.

I dont know what this is implying. But, nobody wants to be or sets out to be a billionaire they just want enough to get by peacefully. I really dont know what is up with liberals becoming so unhinged and weird lately.

Talk about first world problems. While some people worry about feeding their family, Parker frets about becoming a billionaire. It’s ok, you’re Sri Lankan, no one will lecture you about Asian privilege.
