IMO bloodless coup (the card where pawns can’t attack you until u kill one) is a great card, especially if u have a high blade since u can weave through pawns while killing the other pieces and you’ll usually be covered from being in check because of the pawns.

Seeing that there's a card such as "Bloodless Coup", I now wonder if there's a secret ending that no one has discovered unlocked by only killing the king in all levels.

The red book is used for the secret endings. Just beat the beeg king with the red book and spare a bishop. You should get it from there

Bishops being able to heal could make not killing pawns easier as the bishops can heal the pawns.

Once you beat all the floors (or all the floors that don't require 150 attempts) you could start achievement hunting. It forces some interesting combinations of cards on you while you still have to win.

Bloodless coup is an option I totally underestimated until I finally was somewhat forced to pick it. So good! pawns basically become your shields and let you run straight to the king!

@@isduck6226 Some do or have done 4 per day. Main reason why a few don't do 4 is because it penalizes you in the rankings if you do more than 2 per day progressively more per extra video.

Fun fact: orthogonal movement makes your bishop soul basically a queen soul. Taking mistress gives bishop souls as much utility as a queen without the risk of it being ruined with Mistress
