I made that Lazy Harp Seal animation he mentioned in the beginning. One of my main goals as an artist is to inspire/motivate as many people as I can with my work so they go on to create their own art & do the same. So I couldn't be more delighted to see that an old animation I made many years ago inspired Bryson to draw that cute little character that helped kick-started his channel! :) It just goes to show ya that you should never under-estimate anything you make. Sometimes all it takes is a little :3 face doodle to get someone to draw!!

Honestly when you think about it now, the Haminations Channel is kind of like a family business rather than just Bryson and his team. It’s pretty wholesome seeing just how much support his family has put into his channel.

The “I Look Young” video was extremely relatable. It’s what got me into Bryson’s channel. I’m a 24 yo male but look 16. When I was 18, I looked 13. I don’t drink or smoke but when I was 22, I was turned away from buying cigarettes for my friend bc I the cashier thought I was 14 and thought I was faking being 22. 😂 I used to HATE looking young. But then I found other people who have the same experience as me. Like Ralph Macchio, Max Casella, Jimmy Scott, Miles Teller, Jermaine Harris, Denzel Whitaker, and of course, Bryson. (And many more) I began to hate it less 😅. And I began to embrace it for as long as I have it. 🤷🏾♂️ Looking 25 at 40 doesn’t seem so bad after all. It was really nice to watch this interview. I hope to maybe see him in more interviews in the future.
