The kids’ eyes need to be protected (goggles, etc) while you’re breaking the ice - it’s flying!

This woman had bowel surgery, yet still continues to amp up body inflammation consistently with this insane addiction that only continues to destroy her health bit by bit over time. The only reason she continues is purely for the endorphin release due to the MASSIVE inflammatory response from extreme cold. It's a literal addiction at this point. If this is not mental illness don't know what is. Smh.
