Do you understand that something needs refreshing? Do you really believe if manager stay at a club forever, the club needs to regenerate? The club will dicline, and he experienced that at mainz and dortmund, so respect his decision and respect his ideas. In two years time, the average current age squad will at 31's. The perfect time for refreshment, and he wants someone new to take over. Onviously he does not want to do it. Unless our owner is oil rich like man city/chelsea, who pay transfers and managers like crazy, then its no chance, only people with skill and Passion and love for the club can do a LIVERPOOL job.

@@lalaashoka4757 who knows even if he says he wants to leave, we dont truly know that he could change his mind. Klopp doesnt need to stay forever or he can or he can stay another 10 years. The club wont go in decline if he stays longer, look at Alex ferguson. Klopp can similiarly do what ferguson did at man u, but not the same because the premier league has gone much tougher. His experience at mainz and Dortmund is different comapred to when he is at liverpool. He has better resources and money even though they dont spend that much. The only people that need refreshing and regenerating are the players not the manager, it's not like the manager will go out on field and play. Klopps style of football is important in today's age and its effective in winning trophies. His ideas, vision and can go across many generation of players. it will be hard in finding someone,especially at klopps level. We should show as fans that we want him stay. In my opinion Gerrard is still isn't experienced enough to take over the likes of klopp at Liverpool in few years. People dont realise enough how lucky we are to have klopp and what it would mean when he leaves. I Look at all the other big clubs, for years they have been struggling to have a top coach and I look at ours and i feel very safe, secure and relaxed and eating my popcorn. We can have 1 bad season or 2, I wouldn't worry because I trust klopp, his project his vision, I know things will definitely turn around. In my opinion, even if gerrard gets experience, i still dont think he'll be at klopps level. Klopp is too good of a manager and we want him to stay, of course not force him, but we gotta show him. I know klopp loves Liverpool, the club is perfect for him as he is perfect for us and it's the best league in the world, he won't feel any pressure from us fans for telling him to stay because he's at the perfect place.

He’s completely unproven. LFC got to where they are now by hiring the best manager available, not by making the sentimental choice. If Gerrard wants the job, then he has to be the best. No excuses. If Klopp was leaving this summer, I would choose ten Hag
